By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Services.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings set forth in the dotdotdot Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
When you access or use the Services, we may collect information from you. The types of information collected depend on how you use the Services.
Certain information is required to provide the Services. If you do not provide such information, or request its deletion, you may not be able to access or use certain features.

- Contents of communications with us
You are not required to provide this information; however, certain features of the Services may not be accessible without it.

We and our third-party vendors (including ad networks and analytics providers such as Google Analytics) may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect information about the devices you use to access the Services.
This information may include:

- Operating system
- Domain name

- Referring or exit pages
- Page views
- IP address
- Unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA or Android ID)

2. Marketing Communications and Notifications
With your explicit consent, we may send service updates, marketing content, or promotional information via:
- In-app notifications
- Push notifications
You may withdraw consent at any time by:
- Clicking the unsubscribe link in emails
- Adjusting notification preferences within the app
- Contacting support@dotdotdot.chat
Transactional or service-related communications (such as changes to terms or security updates) may still be sent as necessary for operation of the Services.
3. Account Deletion and Data Retention
When you delete your account, personally identifiable information (PII) associated with the account will be permanently deleted without delay, except where retention is required by applicable laws or internal policies for legal, security, or operational purposes.
Deleted data may include:
- Email address
- Name
- Payment history
- Uploaded content
Re-registration is not permitted within 30 days of account deletion.
Creator Content
If another user has created a chatroom using a character you uploaded:
- That chatroom will not be deleted
- No further messages may be sent once your account is deleted
AI Characters (OCs) you uploaded may remain visible unless unpublished or removed prior to deletion. They may remain accessible to users who previously engaged with them.
Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked to an individual may be retained for analytics and service improvement.
